"Thank you for reacting so quickly after my phone call to you on Monday 9th about our pool leak. It has prompted me to write to you, as I believe first class service should be recognised, as it is so rare today.

We have loved our swimming pool since we moved into the address in 2003 but it has been a struggle to find a good pool company to help us with challenges we meet along the way. We have had instances of waiting for quotes for repairs that never arrive despite chasing several times. Invoices arriving for twice the amount of the original estimate and worse of all paying up front, half the amount estimated that a large amount of work would cost only for the work to be carried out 4 months behind schedule.

I am pleased to say that our experiences with the Swan Pool and Spa Centre have all been excellent. You provide friendly, courteous assistance and advice in the shop without any high-pressure sales pitch. You give time freely on the phone to assist with matters of a trivial nature to you, but important to us. You recently installed a new cover and replaced the sand filter and we are really pleased with the work carried out, the price and that you turned up exactly when you said you would.

Your engineers are fantastic. They are courteous, friendly and hard working. The gentleman who came yesterday to detect and repair our leak was met and dealt with by my 16-year-old son who said, "He was great Dad". I am sure you can imagine how worried I was when the pool started loosing 4 inches of water a day and for you to arrive one day after my call, find and repair the leak putting my mind at rest that it wasn't going to cost the earth was just brilliant.
